Experienced and trained instructors
Our trainers and designers are selected for their field experience and technical skills in the gas sector.
When they join the Energy Formation adventure, they undergo a one-year professionalization program alternating between theoretical training and practical application under the watchful eye of an experienced colleague.
At the end of this period, our designers and trainers are certified as "Trainer Facilitators," a certification registered with the National Register of Professional Certifications.
They then possess the technical and pedagogical expertise necessary to deliver high-quality training!
Neuroscience for training
Our training programs are designed by our knowledge in neuroscience. They incorporate the winning triad of learning: motivation, attention, and memory. These principles guide all our pedagogical choices (structure, tools, exercises, etc.).
We continuously monitor and improve the pedagogical quality of our training. Our team members are encouraged to explore, invent, and experiment with new methods, techniques, and pedagogical tools. They can freely bring their ideas to life in our LearningLabs, located at the heart of our campuses.
These labs allow for the transition from idea to realization: prototyping, testing, creating, and making objects (puzzles, cards, game boards, models) or pedagogical tools (videos, e-learning, quizzes, visual aids).
We are equipped with digital and physical tools to facilitate the transition from idea to reality.
Digitalization, games, demonstrations, hands-on activities, real-life scenarios... All senses are engaged to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills.
Staying at the forefront of pedagogy
The training world is constantly evolving and has experienced true revolutions in recent years, mainly due to advances in neuroscience and digital technology.
To stay at the forefront, we are connected to our internal and external ecosystem with one goal in mind: continuous learning! To achieve this, we conduct regular internal and external monitoring, participate in trade shows, conferences, and think tanks, and organize throughout the year information and training for our teams.

To provide you with the basics of neuroscience and illustrate their application at Energy Formation, we have created a podcast in partnership with Jean-Yves Ponce, an expert in memorization.
